A CollabHive space for therapy and mediation is an acoustically private session room with a calm, professionally controlled arrival experience for your clients. It includes clinical confidentiality built into the room and a business address that replaces your home address on practice registration — with separate caucus rooms available for mediation.

Is this a shared therapy space?

Each reservation of Hive Haven is for private, single use, with acoustically treated walls, doors, and a white-noise system. A Private Suite is your own enclosed, dedicated office with a consistent, calm environment for every client, every session — a professionally controlled arrival experience throughout.

Can I use these rooms for mediation?

Yes. Hive Haven rooms give both parties a private, neutral, acoustically-sound setting away from either side’s office, reservable by the session — with a second room available when you need to caucus. A Private Suite gives a full-time practice its own permanent, neutral venue.

Can I protect my home address?

Yes. HoneyComb gives you a professional business address for CRPO, CPO, OCSWSSW, and OAFM registration and client correspondence, so your home address stays off public records. This Class A address is available at all three GTA locations, and the infrastructure meets each regulator’s registration requirements.

Do I need to commit to a lease?

No. Hive Haven session rooms are reservable by the hour, and you can purchase bundles of hours for flexible, no-commitment access. Private Suites run on a defined membership term with a capped break fee — not a five-year lease — giving your practice a consistent, permanent environment without a traditional build-out.

Is the acoustic privacy real?

Yes. Acoustic privacy is designed into every Hive Haven room and Private Suite, built with acoustically treated walls and doors plus a white-noise system for therapists, so conversations stay protected. Rooms also include soft furniture and soothing, calming decor, giving clients a genuinely private, clinical-grade environment to arrive to.

Can I use Hive Haven at any location?

Yes. Hive Haven practitioner session rooms are available at all three CollabHive sites equally — Mississauga, Scarborough, and Kitchener — so you can choose based on proximity to your clients. Each location offers the same acoustic privacy and registration-compatible address for your practice.

What regulators is this compatible with?

CRPO (College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario), CPO (College of Psychologists of Ontario), OCSWSSW (Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers), and OAFM (Ontario Association for Family Mediation). The address and infrastructure meet the registration requirements for these regulatory bodies.
