Private Suite is your own dedicated, enclosed office held on a defined term basis. One monthly invoice covers the suite, utilities, janitorial service, Wi-Fi, and shared amenities. A monthly Hive Credit dividend and member rates give you need driven reservations across all CollabHive locations. No hidden costs.

What's the price for Private Suite?
From $700/mo — final price depends on your site (Mississauga, Scarborough, or Kitchener), suite size, resident count, and term length (12 to 60 months). Reserve a tour and we'll quote your exact suite, including the full monthly Hive Credit dividend, at consultation.
What's the difference between Private Suite and Private Flex Office?
Private Flex Office is a month-to-month pooled hours subscription — a private room whenever you reserve it. Private Suite is full-time: 7×24 occupancy of a dedicated suite for your entire term, with monthly Hive Credit dividends. When your work outgrows part-time presence, Private Suite is the next step.
How do the subscription term exits work?
Two exits. To not renew at the end of your term, give 90 days' notice at zero cost. To leave mid-term, give 60 days' notice plus a break fee of 50% of the remaining months at standard rate, maximum cap depends on term length. Both are published in your agreement, no surprise.

How does the Hive Credit dividend work?
A monthly dividend lands in your member portal on the first of the month, scaled to your suite's resident count. Spend it on meeting rooms, desks, and BuzzCast Studio at any of the three sites. Credits expire 30 days from deposit — what, when, and where is your call.
What if my team grows during the term?
Adding people during the term takes effect on the first day of the following billing month. Your Hive Credit allocation adjusts to the new formula automatically. If your team grows beyond your suite's capacity, we'll discuss a larger suite or higher occupancy.
Can my Private Suite address be used for business registration, regulator filings, banking, insurance, Google Business Profile™?
Yes. Your Private Suite is a real Class A street address you can use for incorporation, banking, regulator filings, professional licensing, and similar professional records. For Google Business Profile verification and audit-ready residency specifically, layer Beacon Storefront ($35/month + $99 setup) as a separate subscription.
What happens to my mail and address when I leave?
On termination or non-renewal, you update business registrations, regulator filings, banking, and similar third-party records to remove the Suite address within 30 days. We hand off any mail held at the time of termination per standard mail-handling policy. We will forward your mail for up to 90 days after termination at no extra charge.
What's included in the Monthly Subscription?
One monthly subscription covers your designated suite, Brivo app-controlled door access, security cameras, daily janitorial service, utilities, Wi-Fi, community manager concierge, a monthly Hive Credit dividend, and member rates on every reservation. Excluded: parking where applicable, late-cancellation fees, and replacement key fobs.
