Hive Credits are CollabHive's prepaid wallet for reserving space at member rates. Every membership comes with a wallet — and a team can share one. Use credits to reserve meeting rooms, desks, and studios at any location, always at the member rate. Members buy each credit for $9 and redeem it for $10 of reservation value — a prepay bonus on top of member pricing.
What's the difference between Guest and Member rates?
Same facilities, different prices. Guests pay the published guest rate in cash at reservation time. Members pay the member rate, about 20% below guest, and can prepay with credit packs for even more value.

How do I get Hive Credits?
Activate any CollabHive membership to unlock credit purchasing at member rates. Hive Seed is the entry membership — it provides the member mobile app and portal access only. Private Suite memberships automatically receive a monthly Hive Credit dividend, deposited straight into the member wallet.

Every facility is presented to members at member rates — if a member has credits in their wallet, the credits are drawn first. Credits draw at the member price divided by $10. The reservation screen shows your exact total before you confirm.
A member’s actual cost is what they paid for the credits. The table below shows the member rate, the Hive Credit equivalent, and the member’s actual cost when paid with pre-purchased credits.
